In Episode 004 of The Naked Party Time Podcast Sabrina and I tackle the very real, very raw, and very emotional subject of mental health.
We headed into this podcast with a plan to talk about not going back to normal in our mental and spiritual health, but the Holy Spirit took over and they went deeper into the mental health subject than planned. All of the content in this episode is about mental health and we will cover spiritual health in Episode 005 in two weeks.
Sabrina shares her story of battling depression and being diagnosed with anxiety in 2016, and offers some incredibly helpful, encouraging, and powerful tools and steps you can take in overcoming this battle in your life. If you or someone you know is struggling with mental health you will want to listen to this entire episode. God uses Sabrina’s very powerful and emotional story and her wisdom to shine a light on this very dark subject.
