Declaration of Truth: I’m Worth It!
Truth = I’m worth it! So many times in life I start to believe the lie that “I’m not worth it.” I’m not worth the blessing I receive. I’m not worth the position I have. I’m not worth my wife, my kids, my job, whatever it is. The biggest one is that I’m not worth being saved. Do you ever struggle with that? Well, one of the ways I combat lies in my life is by declaring Truth statements. Truth statements are much more than self-help or positive affirmations. Truth statements are just that…TRUTH! One of my regular Declarations of Truth is, “I’m worth it.” And how do I know I’m worth it? Because Jesus said so! That’s a pretty good source, right? Luke 12:6-7 “What is the price of five sparrows—two copper coins? Yet God does not forget a single one of them. And the very hairs on your head are all numbered. So don’t be afraid; you are MORE VALUABLE to God than a whole flock of sparrows.” I have worth and value because JESUS said I do. My worth and my value isn’t based on who I am or what I’ve done, it’s based on what God says about me. I’m worth it! Say it! Believe it! Live it! I’m worth it.
