Element Church: Volunteer Of The Week
Hey Element Church! This is Oksana and she is this week’s Volunteer Of The Week.
Osana serves as an usher alongside her mom, Michelle, on our 6pm greeter team. Pastor Andy said, “There’s something about teen’s serving that is extra powerful to me. Oksana has a joy in serving every time. She has been serving as an Usher for several years and is truly a joy to everyone around her.”
Oksana has been attending Element Church for 8 years now and attends/serves with her mom and friend, Hannah, from school. She is currently a senior at East High School and participates in Special Olympics, biking in the Fall and track and field in the Spring.
When asked why she serves at Element she said, “I serve at Element Church because I like bringing joy to other peoples lives. Serving at church makes me feel very happy and I like knowing that I impacted someone’s life.”
Oksana, it gives us great joy that you serve and you are impacting peoples lives every week. Thank you so much for what you do. It matters!
