Element Church: Volunteer Of The Week
Hey Element Church! Meet Monica, this week’s Volunteer of the week. Monica was nominated by Kristina, our Guest Services Director who said this, “Monica has been serving as an usher on one of the 6pm teams for 18 months. She has a huge heart and does an awesome job at making people feel welcome. Angie is very committed and will often help out on weeks that she isn’t scheduled. She is always willing to jump in and help.”
Monica has been attending Element Church for 5 1/2 years with her oldest sister, Sadie and her twin sister Angie. She is a student and enjoys drawing, singing and taking care of her dogs
When asked why she serves here at Element, Monica said, “I am an usher and I love serving. It makes me feel like I am helping in a way that I wouldn’t be able to if I didn’t serve.”
Monica, you are helping and you are making a lasting impact with your service! You aren’t just seating people or greeting at the door, you are setting the stage for people to experience life in our worship experience. Thank you for what you do. IT MATTERS!
