Element Church: Volunteer Of The Week

Hey Element Church! Meet Holly, this week’s Volunteer of the week. Holly was nominated by John, our Children’s Pastor who said this: “Holly has been chomping at the bit since her first day serving in E:KIDZ. She consistently and humbly offers herself to serve wherever there is a need, proving herself capable to lead in any room. She has an amazing ability to connect with every child and their parents, and she will often go out of her way to encourage other volunteers as well. Holly is a high-caliber, committed, compassionate volunteer, and I’m so thankful God brought her on as a part of our E:KIDZ team!”

Holly has attended Element Church for over a year with her 2 daughters, Maddie & Lily. She is a Legal Assistant at Woodhouse Roden Nethercott, LLC and enjoys spending time with her family, (Church, that includes you!), anything music, painting/crafting, hiking, rock climbing, fishing, camping (love the outdoors), reading, playing and watching sports.

When asked why she serves here at Element, Holly said, “About this time last year, I felt I was being called to serve, but I didn’t want to have any say in it. I only wanted to serve him whatever that would mean. I turned in a volunteer card that simply said, “Wherever there is a need, if I’m able, I will!” In my heart I felt a pull to E:KIDZ, and that is exactly where God placed me! To serve in E:KIDZ no words can express the honor and humility I feel. Just to be a part of laying the foundation of a person’s entire life is huge! I feel incredibly blessed to serve in a family of volunteers and leaders that share the same love and passion for children’s ministry as I do! Thank you guys for your unbelievable dedication, encouragement and guidance, and for walking with me on this beautiful journey!!!”
