Element Church: Volunteer Of The Week
Hey Element Church! This is Chris and he is this week’s Volunteer Of The Week! Chris serves on our worship team and Pastor Jared, our worship pastor, said this about Chris: “Chris has been a great addition to our team. He is a servant leader and has such a servant’s heart. Despite his insane schedule, he always finds time to serve and do so with excellence all while having a smile on his face. He loves to worship and it is evident watching him on stage. We are so thankful for him and his family for all they do for our church.”
Chris has been attending Element with his wife and 3 kids since August of 2015. He is an engineer in the Air Force and he likes skiing, playing guitar and working on cars. When asked why he serves at Element, Chris said: “I serve because Jesus asked us to care for people and to love one another. If my service helps show others Jesus’ love I feel like I’m truly following Him.”
Chris, you ARE showing the love of Jesus to other people through your talent. Thank you so much for what you do. IT MATTERS!
