Element Church: Volunteer Of The Week
Hey Element Church! Meet Laurie, this week’s Volunteer Of The Week. Laurie was nominated by Andy, one of our associate pastors, who said this: “Laurie is an amazing volunteer that serves on our Greeter Team. She always has a smile on her face and consistently serves in this role, welcoming people to Element Church. In addition to serving on the Greeter Team, she serves on our cleaning team and was involved in just about every Outreach serving opportunity this Summer during I Heart WYO.”
Laurie started attending Element in 2014. Her niece, Tracy and her husband Brandon, serve as greeters too. She enjoys gardening and her animals. When asked why she volunteers here at Element Church she said, “The reason I volunteer, how can you not want to serve our church? God gave me the gift of gab, I love greeting people and seeing them smile.”
Laurie, we are so thankful that God is using your gab to impact people every Sunday! HA! You are a blessing to be on our team and we are proud to serve along side you. What you do MATTERS!
