Jesus is ABSURD!!

We are three Sundays in to a four part series at Element Church called “True Love.”  We are looking at four different passages in the great little letter in the Bible called 1 John.  This last Sunday I preached from 1 John 4:7-12 and asked the question, “What does a true love reveal?”  We said, “What we truly love will reveal what is really true about us.”

In this clip I talk about the confession that our love should reveal.  Do we truly understand the incredible absurdity of what Jesus did for us!  I do my best to illustrate how absurd Jesus is in His love toward us.  “This is real love…not that we loved God, but He loved us and sent Jesus as a sacrifice for our sins.”  You can watch full sermons HERE.
