Coming up on March 5th, 2018, The Voice Of The Martyrs has invited us to the inspiring new movie Tortured for Christ, a cinematic retelling of the testimony of VOM founder Pastor Richard Wurmbrand as written in his international bestseller Tortured for Christ. 

Pastor Wurmbrand was captured by Russian troops after they seized power in Romania in 1945.  He was held as “Prisoner Number 1” and spent 14 years in a Communist prison, experiencing unthinkable torture by his captors that could not shake his faith.

The movie was produced to honor the 50th anniversary of his book’s 1967 release.
